The WRI provided technical assistance in preparing the law and implementing following regulations:

 The draft law amending Act 364/2004 Coll. amending the Water Act of the Slovak National Council No. 372/1990 Coll., as amended (Water Act) –  the transposition of the Directive 2006/118/EEC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on the protection of groundwater against pollution and deterioration
and partial transposition of the Directive 2006/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 February 2006 concerning the management of bathing water quality and repealing Directive 76/160/EEC.
 The draft law amending Act 442/2002 Coll. on the Public Water Supply and Sewerage and the amendment of Act 276/2001 Coll. on regulation in network industries, as amended - amendment on sanctions, obligations and clarification of certain provisions.
 Proposal for new wording of the Act on Flood Protection - the transposition of Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risk The draft law amending the Act 188/2003 Coll. on the Application of Sewage Sludge and Bottom Sediments in the soil and amending Act No. 223/2001 Coll . on waste and amending certain laws, as amended, Act No. 364/2004 Coll and amending the Act 136/2000 Coll. on fertilisers, as amended.
 Proposal for new wording of the Act on Flood Protection - the transposition of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 2007/60/EC of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood.
